1. Who are we?
Hello, welcome to My Cute Curations :)
This shop is run by myself. The concept of this shop is to create a following where I am able to rehome used items sustainably. Afterall, every used item has to go somewhere after it's been outgrown of. I hope every product on here finds a new home where they will continue to be well loved and cared for.
As a lover of fashion, I appreciate the quality and designs of garments that were produced back in the day. They have outstanding quality that can withstand the test of time. You will know what I mean if you own one of these pieces.
2. How do I purchase?
You may add to cart the items you want to buy. Debit and credit cards are accepted.
Alternatively, you may DM us on Instagram if you prefer to make payment through PayNow. All items paid by PayNow ships without additional shipping charges (that's because a cut is taken from every transaction made by card!)
3. When will I receive my item?
We ship on every Monday. On certain occassions, there may be a delay.
If you require the item asap, please let us know through DM.
All items will be shipped through SmartPac. It comes with a tracking number and will be sent to your mailbox. It will take 2 to 4 days for it to arrive.
4. The item does not fit me. Can I refund the product?
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.
Measurements are given in the description of the product page. If you require more information, please contact us before making a purchase.
Exchanges are also not allowed.
Exception:
Refund requests will only be entertained if you have a video of the product opening and during the inspection, if there is a flaw which we did not state in the post.
5. I did not receive the item. The item may have gone missing in the mail. What can you do about it?
We are unable to be responsible for packages that are damaged or go missing after it is dispatched. Usually, we will take a photo of the package before it is sent out. We will also take a video as evidence it has been dropped in the post box.
Since we ship by SmartPac, it is trackable. If it goes missing, there may be a conpensation by SingPost which you will have to check with them.
6. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do. However, you will have to pay a higher shipping fee (usually ranging from $18 to $25 Singapore dollars) for tracked shipping, which will typically take 2 to 4 weeks to reach you. Please DM us before making a purchase through the website as the shipping rates have not been adjusted.
